These terms are an agreement between you and ResellHawk for using resellhawk.com and our apps. By creating an account or using ResellHawk you agree to them and to our privacy policy. Questions: support@resellhawk.com.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Teammates you invite act on your account's behalf.

Plans, free trials and billing

• The reseller tools (scanning and pricing, deal finder, listing and selling, live shows) need a paid plan. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial once per person; a card is required.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan renews monthly at the price shown, charged to your card by Stripe. Cancel any time in Plan & billing; you keep access until the end of the trial or month. Fees already paid aren't refunded, except where the law requires.
• Each plan includes a monthly number of scans. Deep checks (web search and price research) are included up to a monthly limit; after that, scans use free price sources until your plan renews.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Price estimates

Prices, profit figures and deal alerts are estimates based on public listings, recent sales and AI research. They aren't guarantees or financial advice. Check an item and its value yourself before you buy or sell.

Buying and selling on the marketplace

• Sellers are responsible for their listings: accurate descriptions and photos, lawful items they have the right to sell, and shipping or meeting as agreed. Buyers are responsible for paying and for inspecting items at pickup.
• Selling, buying through checkout, bidding and meetups require a verified ID. Payments run through Stripe. Buyers pay card processing; sellers pay a seller fee shown before they list (5%, with a minimum on small sales), taken from the payout.
• ResellHawk isn't the seller of items on the marketplace and doesn't guarantee them. Returns are between buyer and seller; ask the seller before you buy.
• If a buyer disputes a charge with their card issuer, we may hold back the seller's payout for that sale until the dispute is decided.
• For meetups, meet in a public place and never pay or accept payment outside ResellHawk or in person before you see the item.

Things you can't do

Don't sell illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled or dangerous items, weapons, drugs, or anything eBay, Amazon or Facebook prohibit. Don't scam, harass or impersonate anyone, take deals off the platform to avoid fees, scrape or overload the service, or misuse other members' information. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms.

Connected accounts

When you connect eBay, Amazon or Facebook Marketplace, you authorize us to act on your behalf as you direct, and you remain bound by those platforms' rules and fees. eBay, Amazon and Facebook names and logos belong to their owners; ResellHawk isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Your content

You own the photos and text you add. You give us permission to host, display and process them to run ResellHawk, including sending listings to the channels you choose.

Disclaimers and liability

ResellHawk is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or disputes between members, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using ResellHawk and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put members at risk.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; if the changes are material we'll tell you before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
